It’s that time of year again! The Powell County Democratic Party would like to invite everyone to our Rally ‘Round the Rooster 2018. If you didn’t make it out last year, you missed out. The speakers were strong, the Hall of Fame was memorable, the food was amazing, and the scenery was breathtaking. In fact, we liked the scenery so much, we decided to return to Callie’s Lake & Campground again this year!
This year, we’re stepping things up with the speakers. In addition to your local and state elected candidates/officials, we’ll also have speakers from some of the special organizations that share our vision and sensibilities. Keep checking our Facebook event for an updated list of confirmed speakers.
If last year was any indication, then you can expect to be thoroughly entertained at this years Rally ‘Round the Rooster. Bring the kids, bring the grandparents, bring the pets, bring everyone out; we can’t wait to see you!
